Can’t keep track of time

I try (really I do!) to post up as often as possible. The biggest problem seems to be that I don’t want to post things when I have absolutely no progress to claim. Knitting progress that is. Over the past week I finished writing a 1,500 word term paper for class, I took a test, I’ve spun some, and re-plied others that were underplied in my and Breanne’s opinion, I’ve worked on about a whole inch of the second sleeve for my stepson’s jacket. I haven’t really done much. I did finish Margarita’s Seaside, and I Navajo Plied it which was a first for me, but I’ve taken no pictures whatsoever of it yet. I also haven’t set the twist in that or the other 3 skeins I have laying around that I’ve finished and have had no time to set, so as you can see there hasn’t been that much knitterly progress. I still have the Frost Flowers and Leaves shawl laying around depressing me because every time I look at it I can’t help but think how I screwed it up. I need to go back and fix my mistake and I just haven’t been able to. I also have registration coming up for the summer semester of which I’ve already decided to take 2 classes per session (down from the 3 per semester that I had originally considered PLUS the full-time job PLUS the family….must be the wool fumes), which will leave me with a whole 5 classes before graduation (YIPPIE!).

Tonight I’ll try and take pictures. Tonight I’ll try to set the twist on all those skeins I have laying around that have been begging to be set. Tonight I’ll try and spin some more of the mystery yarn for the mystery project that I want to start as soon as I can so it can be done by Christmas. Tonight I’ll try to take pictures of the Spunky Club fiber that came in last Friday and I’ve only been able to slightly fondle.

I’m also hitting up the library tonight. The book I’ve been waiting for has finally arrived and I need to go pick that up, along with a couple others so I can plan. Planning is a big thing for me right now.

More soon….
